Hello and welcome to my hippie lifestyle blog! My name is Jennifer, you may call me Fern, and I am excited to share my journey with you. I started this blog as a way to document my experiences and connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about living a mindful and holistic lifestyle.

Growing up, I was always interested in living a simple and natural life. I hadn't put much effort into it until I became an adult. Now that I've been an adult, I became more interested in different ways to live a healthy and more sustainable lifestyle. 

One of the things that I love most about this lifestyle is the focus on mindfulness. Learning to be present in the moment and appreciating the beauty around us is something that has brought me so much joy and happiness. I have found that by slowing down and taking time to be mindful, I am able to live a more fulfilling life.

I am also passionate about learning about being gluten-free, vegetarian food and healthy recipes. As a vegetarian celiac. I love experimenting with new ingredients and flavors and finding creative ways to make nourishing meals. 

Aside from my love of food and a healthy mindful lifestyle, there are a few other things that I am interested in. I enjoy reading books, taking photos, and . I am also a big fan of music, art, and exploring different cultures.

In addition to sharing food-related stuff, hippie things, tips for mindfulness, and random book reviews, I also like to share stories about my life.  Sometimes these stories are totally random, but I hope that they give you a glimpse into who I am and what makes me tick.
